Professional Experience

I hold a PGCE in Physics and a BSc (Hons) in Physics (2:1) from the University of Birmingham. With over 30 years of teaching experience in both A-Level and IB Physics, I bring a deep understanding of the subject and its curriculum. I have taught at top academic schools across the UK, Europe, and the Far East, where I have consistently supported students in achieving outstanding results and developing a genuine interest in physics.

I have 15+ years of experience in tutoring A-Level Physics, helping students build confidence, master complex concepts, and achieve outstanding results. I also have experience as an A-level examiner for both AQA and Pearson, giving me valuable insight into how to succeed in exams. My students consistently surpass their target grades, with many achieving A* at A-Level or Grade 7 in the IB, often going on to study at top universities.

My teaching style is personalised, supportive, and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on building confidence and making challenging concepts easier to understand.
